**In order to take PRIVATE LESSONS, you MUST

1. Create a profile for your child on Apex's customer portal
2. Agree to all waivers and policies
3. "Booking" > "Find a Class" > "Private Classes (Stephanie Powell)". There is ONLY ONE TIME LISTED (choose it).  You MUST request to be on my roster. In the "Comments" section, please type "I am a student of Stephanie Powell"
4. In order to get on my schedule, you must book through me.  Requesting through Apex only tells them that you are my client.
5. Apex requires that all who use the facility pay a registration fee.  $85 and billed annually.  If you stop taking lessons with me you MUST contact Apex to be removed from my roster so that you do not get charged the registration fee again.
6. I book my own lessons so you must contact me to do so.  PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AT APEX UNTIL YOU KNOW IF YOU CAN GET ON MY SCHEDULE OR NOT.

Procedures:

• Sign in at the front desk once you arrive.  There is a binder for Private Lessons.
• Only the athlete is allowed on the floor.  There is an observation area upstairs.
